$300 placement fee

30-day partial refund policy
If employment with the selected nanny ends within 30 calendar days of their first working day, you may request a $150 refund of the $300 placement fee. Requests must be submitted in writing within the 30-day period. Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days.
No free replacement is included. A new nanny search requires a separate written agreement and additional fees disclosed before services begin.

Important employment details
The family hires and pays the nanny directly and is responsible for employment-related obligations. Screening costs, if any, are separately disclosed and require approval before they are incurred.
